i dont know what's the problem with this site I've joined a few months ago and everything to me is great! I have noticed that many others are complaining or leaving which is a shame I dont know of any other website like this I have learned many things from the postings. I hope people stay. I dont really know why people say it's sucks!
What is so different about it that is soo bad people leave??

Sat, May 6, 2006 - 9:07 PMI'm on myspace and this one, personally I think this one is better, mainly because there are not as many children on it.....that I've noticed. I've yet to find anyone below the age of 18 that posts here. I like it. I like the communities that I'm in.... I guess it's not as cool, and innovative that people leave. Or maybe they get tired of it and split with no real explanation. To each his own.
If you like, stick around, I think it's worth it.

Sun, May 14, 2006 - 3:28 PMI am also on myspace, and I like tribe a lot better because I actually learn things that I am interested in, and myspace is good for keeping in touch with old friends but its more of a popular site rather than tribe.....tribe is actually great about learning things you want to learn and getting feedback from people all around the world that are interested in the very same thing. Also myspace does have a lot of a younger crowd.....its like "the in thing to do" 16 year olds wanting to date people and all these musicians trying to add you as well trying to promote themselves, I think thats great but I am more of a personable individual. -

Mon, September 18, 2006 - 2:34 PMThere was a big flap some months ago about Tribe.net's new policies of owning anything we post. Many people felt, not unfairly, that this was a bad policy, and left because they were in the habit of posting copyrightable works. Many others left in protest.
I'm still here because there's nothing else quite like Tribe out there for community-building.
