Sleeping Well

lately i have not been sleeping all that well, infact not well at all.... i was wondering if someone would care to share a nice blend i could mix?....

    Hi Pias,

    The usual essential oils that help with sleep and to relax are chamomile, lavender, neroli, benzoin, jasmine and rose.

    It's all in the dilution. Try to aim for around the 6-12% mark as a higher dilution could have an adverse effect.

    The best thing to do is to add the blend (5-10 drops) into a running bath before you sleep. The warm bath would also be relaxing and prepare you for a night's rest.

    If you're having insomnia, it might be best to speak with a qualified doctor or aromatherapy practioner and different external factors could also be effecting the way you sleep.
